Apprenticeship in detail


Office Communications Clerk

You will gain experience as an office communications clerk in all commercial centres, but you will also learn about industrial operations and all the related processes. Using the most modern means of communication, you will receive support from the relevant divisions in correspondence, scheduling, generating statistics, and general organisational activities.
Training location:
Mail room, printing office, secretarial office, purchasing, technical administration, materials management, bookkeeping, sales and marketing, human resources, payroll, general services/organisation, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, information and communication systems.
Requirements:
Technical secondary school-leaving certificate
Vocational school classes:
Vocational school attendance twice a week at Schulzentrum Ellmersstr., in Bremen-Walle 
Subjects:
Business administration, accounting, German, English, word processing, data processing
Apprenticeship duration:
3 years
