Transport Specialist
"Transport specialist" is a completely new apprenticeship in the public transport industry. Transport specialists become qualified in commercial and technical aspects. They are skilled workers that work throughout the entire spectrum of transportation: Drive buses and trams safely in a customer-friendly manner, advise customers regarding routes and fares, plan and manage the transport operations and perform marketing and sales tasks.
Training location:
Marketing, sales, ticket sales, complaint management, quality management, workshop, transport planning, duty rosters, operations and transport handling, operations centre, driving, vehicle dispatch, personnel dispatch.
Requirements:
Extended general secondary school-leaving certificate (erweiterter Hauptschulabschluss)
