Further training
The great importance placed on the further training and qualification of our employees ensures our high level of service. In the age of the "learning organisation" and "lifetime learning", further training is part of a process of ongoing change.
All employees at BSAG are involved in this process of change. The employees from the driving, workshop and administration divisions have a wide range of further training opportunities to choose from: Technical training, training in fares and routes and environmental protection seminars as well as training programmes for improving social skills, customer service, first aid, and much more.
The health of our employees is of central importance to us. This is why we sponsor health programmes on a regular basis in conjunction with the BKK, Rückenschule Bremen e.V., and other partners.
In order to ascertain individual needs for further training, annual employee meetings (annual employee conferences) are held.
In order to make further training even more effective in the future, BSAG will open a further training centre in Pelzerstraße in the city centre in January 2002. This centre will also offer services for other further training providers.
