At the public transport stop
You will find the name of the stop, the number of the tram or bus route, and the destination or intermediate destinations of the buses or trams servicing that stop on the stop sign. On the information board, there will be a general route map (PDF-Document 405 KB), on which you can see the various connections available and the route taken. The night service route map (PDF-Document 253 KB) gives you an overview of all night services. The stops that can be reached with the short hop ticket are listed below these maps. The public transport stop vicinity map shows you the location of the stop by means of a partial map of the city, making it easy for you to find your way to the streets and public buildings in the vicinity of the stop. The posted timetables show the departure times of buses and trams that service the particular stop. Each route has its own timetable posted. The digital display of the current departure time tells you when the buses and trams that service the stop in question will actually be departing. The bus or tram number, its destination and the departure time are displayed. If you have questions, comments, or complaints, you can reach us around the clock by calling our information hotline, BSAG customer service, telephone number 0421 / 55 96 - 333.

Travelling by bus and tram
Boarding To open the doors, press the button beside the doors. With its low floor technology, BSAG provides obstacle-free access to buses and modern trams. Wheelchair-users should always enter and leave the vehicle at the first door. The driver will extend the wheelchair lift for you if required (this is not possible in older trams). Please understand that for safety reasons the lift may not be used for prams or rollator walkers.
Alighting When you wish to alight, press a red button which you will generally find on an upright bar in the vehicle. To open the doors, press the blue button on the pole next to the doors.
A special service: You decide where we stop!
