Alighting between stops

We offer a service with the theme "You decide where we stop".
To make sure that you get home safely and conveniently when the night is closing in, you can now also alight between bus stops in districts on some bus routes after 8 p.m. All you have to do is let your bus driver know one stop in advance.

This service is provided on the following sections of routes:

Route 30 from Borgfeld to Falkenberg

Routes 33/34 from Horner Mühle to Sebaldsbrück

Route 38 from Züricher Straße to Marschstraße

Routes 40/41 from Marschstraße to Sebaldsbrück

Route 51 from Huckelriede to Kattenturm/hospital main entrance

Route 53 from Friedhof Huchting to Brinkum/ZOB (main bus station)

Route 61 from Neuer Schutzdeich to Sandhausen

Route 62 from Neuer Schutzdeich to Hasenbüren

Route 64 from Hermann-Ritter-Straße to GVZ-Hasenbüren

	Have a taxi waiting for you when you alight/taxi service We offer this service on all routes at all stops. To reach your destination without having to set off on foot, order a taxi at the normal taxi fare to pick you up at any stop. Simply ask your driver.

Cash-free payment

With BSAG, you can now pay for everything cash-free, from your ticket to the BSAG umbrella. We accept ec card/master card and also the cash-free GeldKarte in our customer centres. You can also pay with the GeldKarte at our 200 or so sales partners. And not just for tickets, but also cigarettes, newspapers and much, much more. Just ask the salesperson.
In our vehicles cash-free payment is possible both at the driver and also at our self-service terminals. It is best to use the terminals so that we spend as little time as possible at the stops and get you to your destination punctually. They are very easy to use – just touch the screen.
A menu will guide you very quickly to the correct ticket. You can also try it out first and pay the next time using your GeldKarte chip on your ec/master card or using the New Bremer Karte.
Incidentally, you can reload both cards in our customer centres and at some BSAG sales partners.

Digital signature

The digital signature card allows you to avail conveniently of services provided by the city of Bremen and private providers without leaving your home using the digital signature. Electronic signatures provide confidentiality and security on the internet. In this way, residents of Bremen can, for example, write and send their notification of a change of address or bank details centrally via the internet platform (www.bremer-online-service.de).
At a one-off nominal charge of € 5, digital signature cards can be applied for and collected after issue at our customer centre at Domsheide, at the one-year-pass and EBE-counter (open mondays to thursdays from 9.00 to 17.00 h). A chip card reader can also be obtained at a nominal fee of € 10.

	Personal timetables for your stop We print out personal timetables or timetables for your stop at our customer centres. We charge 5 cents for each stop timetable.

	Call centre The VBN call centre at 01805 826 826 (12 cents per minute) is available to BSAG customers around the clock. Its main function is to give information on timetables and fares. Suggestions and complaints are recorded here and passed on to the relevant transport operator.

	Lost property Lost property handed in to BSAG staff is recorded and stored centrally in the lost and found office in Bremen-Gröpelingen, Gröpelinger Heerstr. 302, 1st floor. You can, however, make inquiries at any BSAG customer centre.

Car sharing

In the BSAG customer centre at Domsheide customers can sign a contract with the company
cambio allowing you to rent a car whenever you need one. Various different types of vehicle
are available which you can pick up and return at many different points.
