IC supplements
That owner of adult and pupil time tickets are able to reach their destination faster there is the possibility to buy an IC supplement. The IC use is then valid for all tariff ranges contained in your time ticket. Please note, that at control the IC supplement has to be shown in combination with your time ticket.
Do you additionally want to travel first class, then you need additionally to your regular time ticket and your first class time ticket a further first class IC supplement.
Attention! The pupil VBN extra will not be accepted in IC trains.
Any fellow passenger regulations are not accepted by IC travelling. The validity included in a one year ticket plus as well as job tickets on weekends and holidays are not accepted by IC travelling.
The IC supplement of the first and second class are available at our BSAG customer service centres only as a yearly subscription. If you are interested in IC month or week tickets please ask directly at the DB AG.
